Export Tenant

The Export Tenant feature allows you to download the entire tenant, including its settings, forms, templates, and configurations, as a package. This ensures that all tenant-related data is preserved in a portable format, which can later be imported into another environment or used as a backup.

Let’s explore this in detail. 

Step 1: Click on Backup and Restore option from the left navigation link as shown in the image below. 

Step 2: Backup and Restore Page appear as shown in the image below. 

The tenant can be exported in the Export sites Tab. The Export site tab contains three sections. 

• Tenant – This section displays the tenant’s name. 
• Forms- This section displays all the forms in the tenant. 
• Additional Features – The additional features section displays the additional features of the tenant such as Global Menu, Navigation settings, Security, Security Groups, Workflow, Application settings. 

Step 3: Once the tenant is selected, all forms and additional settings will be shown in the corresponding section. Then, click the Export button, as illustrated in the image below. 

The tenant will be exported as a ZIP file, as shown in the image below.
