BMT Settings

Here you will see four Tab’s, SMTP server, Mail Template, Holiday Calendar and Data Retention. You can set the SMTP server setting which enables email alerts to receive job status as email messages. It also enables you to receive notifications whenever a specific event takes place, thus it helps a user to monitor the Robot pool.

SMTP Server

Here you can fill the SMTP Server details, SMTP port and From Address. You can also choose the SMTP Secure Socket option from the available dropdown list. SMTP Sender Email ID and Password can also be configured here. Once the settings are saved successfully, a user starts receiving the email alerts whenever an event occurs. Here you have an option to test the server details by clicking on the Test button and the user will receive a test email if SMTP details and from Address are correct.
