User Management

In User Management we have three sections:

1. Active Users

2. Disabled Users

3. Add Users

1. Active Users

Below mentioned are the actions done by Active Users

 Search UserName

 Disable Users

 Print Active Users

 Total Active Users

 Total License Purchased

Search UserName

Using search option we can search other logged users.

Disable Users

Select any users by checking the checkbox in the RHS and we can disable the selected user by ‘Disable Users’ button.

Once a user is disabled, they will not be able to access the site.

Print Active Users

We can print the list of Active Users by clicking ‘Print Active Users’ button.

Total Active Users

Total Active Users count will display in the RHS.

Total License Purchased

Total License Purchased count will display in the RHS near to Active User.

2. Disabled Users

It will display the list of disabled users. If we disabled the selected user using ‘Disable Users’ and the selected users will go to ‘Disabled Users’ list.

Below mentioned are the actions for Disabled Users

 Search UserName

 Enable Users

Search UserName

Using search option we can search the disabled users.

Enable Users

Select the disabled user from ‘disabled users’ list and click on the ‘Enable Users’ button.

3. Add Users

For adding a new user first we have to select the user from the drop down.

Select the User and click on the ‘Add User’ button.
