The User Management section in AppForms Designer provides administrators with an overview of users who have accessed the system. These users are categorized as Active Users.
This section enables admins to manage user access efficiently by disabling users who have left the organization or no longer require access. Disabling a user not only removes them from the Active Users list but also helps free up consumed licenses, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
To upgrade the AppForms license for the site, click the “Click Here” link, share the activation code with the AppForms support team, and once you receive the license key, update it in the “I Have a Serial Key” tab.
In User Management we have three sections:
1. Active Users
The Active Users tab lists all users who have accessed the system. The admin can select any user from this list and disable their access by clicking the Disable Users Button. Disabled users will not be able to access the system until they are re-enabled in the next tab.
The screen also provides options to filter and print the list of active users. Additionally, the last accessed time for each user is displayed on the dashboard.
It also shows the total number of licenses purchased and the number currently in use.
2. Disabled Users
The Disabled Users tab displays all users who have been disabled. If any user needs to be re-enabled, the admin can select the user and click on the Enable Users button to restore access.
3. Add Users
Add Users tab list out the users based on the group selected from the drop down.
