Forms Recycle Bin

Forms Recycle Bin contains forms and folders that are deleted from Form Explorer. It contains Restore button to restore accidentally deleted form which prevent from data loss and Delete button to delete the form permanently. Let’s discuss in detail.

Form Recycle Bin link is available in the left navigation as shown in the image below.

On clicking Forms Recycle Bin, a page appears where the details of deleted forms such as Form Name, Deleted Date, Delete By, Type, Path of the form will be displayed. The image is shown below.

There is an option to search the deleted form using the form name.

In order to restore a deleted form, click on the restore button provided for the particular form as shown in the image below.

On clicking restore button, a page with list of folders will be displayed as shown in the image below. Select the required folder to where form is to be restored and click Ok. 

On clicking ok, restored successfully message box appears as shown in the image below.

In order to delete the form permanently click on the delete button provided as shown in the below image. 

A confirmation message box appears whether to delete the form permanently or not. Click Ok to permanently delete the form. 

In order to delete all the item in Forms Recycle Bin, click on Delete All button as shown in the image below. 

Click ok to delete all the forms listed in the forms recycle bin to delete permanently in the confirmation message box appears.
