The Forms Recycle Bin stores forms and folders that have been deleted from the Form Explorer. It includes a Restore button to recover accidentally deleted forms, helping to prevent data loss, and a Delete button to permanently remove forms.
Let’s explore this in more detail.
The Recycle Bin link is located in the left navigation menu, as illustrated in the image below.

When you click on Forms Recycle Bin, a page opens displaying details of deleted forms, including Form Name, Deleted Date, Deleted By, Type, and the Path of the form. This is illustrated in the image below.

The Forms Recycle Bin offers several options. Let’s explore each one in detail.
1. Search Option
A search option is provided to locate deleted forms using the form name as shown in the image below.

When you enter the form name in the search field, the corresponding form appears in the grid, as illustrated in the image below.

2. Restore option
To recover a deleted form, click the restore button beside the form, as shown in the image below.

On clicking the restore button, a page with a list of folders will be displayed as shown in the image below. Select the required folder to where the form is to be restored and click Ok.

Once you select the folder and click OK, a message box will appear confirming the form was restored successfully, as shown in the image below.

Click OK. The form will be removed from the grid and moved to the selected folder.
3. Delete option
To permanently delete a form, click the delete button located next to the form you wish to remove, as shown in the image below.

A confirmation message will appear asking if you want to permanently delete the form. Click OK to confirm the permanent deletion.

4. Delete All
In order to delete all the items in the Forms Recycle Bin, click on Delete All button as shown in the image below.

A confirmation popup will appear asking if you want to permanently delete all the items, as shown in the image below.

Click OK to permanently delete all items in the grid.
