Forms Explorer

Form Explorer displays the forms created in the appforms designer in a folder structure, making it easy to manage. Users can create folders to group forms and can also create forms or sub folders within existing folders, allowing for nested levels of organization within the same site.

• Section 1 in the image provides navigation links that allow the admin user to access different areas of ClaySys AppForms. These areas will be described in the following sections.
• Section 2 displays a tree view of the folders within the current site.
• Section 3 shows a detailed view of the folder selected in the tree view.
• Section 4 contains the toolbar, which enables users to create new folders, manage security and more.
• Section 5 is the Suite Bar, which includes a hamburger menu to open and close the links on the left. It also provides links to the Home page, Manage Tenant (for creating tenants), and displays the logged-in user details.
  Folders and forms can be created in the Explorer either by clicking the Create buttons or by using the context menu which appears on the right click.
