Rollback Tenant

In AppForms, the Rollback Tenant feature allows you to revert a tenant to a previously saved state. By rolling back the tenant, you can quickly restore the environment to its earlier working condition, ensuring stability and minimizing disruptions. 

Steps to Roll Back Tenant: 

Select BackUp and Restore option from the left navigation link as illustrated in the image below. 

The Backup and Restore page appears. Select Rollback Tab as shown in the image below. 

Folder upload 

When this option is enabled, the folder in the current tenant will not be lost. 

Select the site that needs to be rolled back and click the Restore button as demonstrated in the image below. 

‘Restored successfully’ message appears as shown in the image below. 

Additional Notes  

• Rollback Options: You can rollback a tenant with or without folder upload, depending on the restoration requirements.  
• Version History: AppForms typically retains up to the last 20 versions of a tenant, allowing you to rollback to any of these versions as needed.
