REQUIREMENTS:
- Good knowledge of GST & income tax provisions.
- Good knowledge of Companies Act provisions.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with monthly statutory filings.
- Audit experience in construction and technology companies is an added advantage.
- Good Communication Skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with the team to ensure all statutory requirements are fulfilled for the group companies.
- Cross-check the data for monthly statutory reporting.
- Coordinate the audit and secretarial compliances.
- Conduct internal audits and do ledger scrutinies to ensure proper closing of books
- Continuous updation of changing rules and regulations.
