Roles & Responsibilities:
- Good knowledge of different operating systems, networks (LAN, WAN, firewalls) and databases
- Good knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Applications, VPN, etc.
- Familiarize with system security, virtualization, data backup and recovery and patch management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Certifications in MCSA, CCNA, and Azure, along with Network course, will be an added advantage
- Work from home and best in the industry salary
Responsibility :
- Install and configure software and hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, etc.)
- Manage networks, servers and technology tools
- Set up accounts and workstations for users in the organization
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
- Monitor performance and health of systems and maintain them according to requirements
- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
