On the Robot Alert page, the user has the option to give an Alert name of the user’s choice and email id of person to whom the alert email will be send. User can give multiple email id’s separated by Comma (,). User has to check the Enabled check box in order to make this Alert active. Next the Robot name can be selected from the dropdown list. After selecting the Robot name, the user has two options for Alerts, first one will be triggered when “BOT is Disconnected” and the other one will be triggered when “BOT is Connected”. Choose the appropriate Alert type and select the Template name from the Dropdown box next to it. Click Save to add the Robot Alert. The user can give the disconnect time interval (in Minutes), so that the notification mail will be sent to the email ID’s during the given specific time intervals.
