Roles and responsibilities
- Experience working as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager
- Planning the breakdown of tasks and delegating them to your team.
- Developing and leading the team for your projects
- Establish a deadline and monitor the progress of the project. Create status reports and MOMs for each meeting, etc.
- Create proper documentation have knowledge on how to create BRDs, project plans, status reports, etc.
- Work with the senior team to understand what SDLC model is to be used for project development.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise. Escalate when needed to higher-ups and take assistance.
- Managing your financial resources or billable resources
- Using the required tools to store and manage the tasks and updates of the project.
- Ensure satisfaction with stakeholders. Conduct daily meetings and share regular updates with the client.
- Performance evaluation of the project. Check how the project is going
- Ensuring that the project is going through proper quality standards and that testing is happening regularly.
- Be responsible for the deployment of your applications in the client environment.
- Working hours: Needs to be productive for 8 hours a day, available until US client support time.
