Infopark inks pact with city-based firm

Infopark has entered into an agreement with Caspian Techparks India Private Limited for offering infrastructure for IT and ITES companies as part of its second phase development.

Hrishikesh Nair, CEO, Infopark and Thomas Chacko, managing director, Caspian Techparks, signed a 90-year lease agreement here on Thursday.Under the agreement, the Kochi-based Caspian Techparks, a logistics and infrastructure development company, will construct 4.5 lakh square feet in a phased manner for housing both IT and ITES companies on the 2.62 acres of land leased by the company in Phase II.
